What happened to Co-opfurniture.com?
AHF and Co-opfurniture.com have always been the same company and offered the same products and service. To make things simpler Co-opfurniture.com has now been rebranded to AHF.co.uk, though AHF is still part of the Co-operative Family.
I still have an outstanding order with Co-opfurniture.com, what happens now?
Your order will still be fulfilled by AHF. The products and service remains unchanged, only the name Co-opfurniture.com has been changed. To get an update on your order please contact our Customer Service team.

I have an order placed with my local AHF store. How can I get an update on my order?
As soon as your order is ready to be delivered we will contact you to arrange a delivery date. If you would like an order update then please contact the store you placed the order with. If your goods have not yet been delivered to us then the store staff will be able to give you an estimate of when this is likely to take place.
The prices shown on your website are different to those in my local AHF store. Why is that?
Whilst prices across all our stores and our website will be identical for the majority of the time there will be exceptions to this and occasions when we will show online-only or store-only offers, clearance deals, or other price amendments. Where possible the price exclusivity will be indicated.
Where do you source your products from?
Apart from sourcing products from most of the main reputable UK furniture suppliers we also import our own exclusive products of all types directly from factories in Germany and the Far East.
For many years we have been working directly with factories abroad, which give us a price advantage over most competitors along with good quality safe products that are in many cases exclusive to us. We have our own overseas based quality control and all products that are sourced and supplied by us conform to the latest safety regulations.
We have had our own designs produced and work to produce unique and imaginative ranges for our customers. Container stock arrives to us on a weekly basis, to our central warehousing and distribution facility. This also enables us to carry stock of some lines, to allow us to deliver to our customers quickly.

My PC stopped working after visiting your site. What are you going to do about it?
We will endeavour to ensure that our website is free from viruses and/or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that use of our website will not have any affect on your computer. We suggest that you make use of anti-virus software, and other computer protections, to help protect your computer when using the internet. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributor denial of service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or any website linked to it.
