How can I find my nearest AHF store?

Can I apply for finance?
We do not currently offer finance online, however we do offer a range of finance deals in-store aimed to make your purchase as affordable as possible. For more information please visit our finance page or find your nearest store using our store locator.

How much do you charge to deliver?
Our standard delivery charge is £29 for orders up to and including £500, and £55 for orders over £500. Some items such as rugs are supplied by courier free of charge. Visit our delivery page for more information regarding this service.

I have placed an order. How can I get an update on my order?
If you placed your order in a store, please contact the store for an update on your order. If you placed your order online please email or call 0800 254 0900.

When will my order be delivered?
All our furniture products have an estimated delivery time. Once we have received your order into our central warehouse then a member of our distribution team will call you to arrange a convenient delivery date with you. Visit our delivery page for more information regarding this service.

How do I book delivery of my order?
Once your order is ready our distribution team will contact you to book a delivery date. If they are unable to reach you they may leave a voicemail or send you an email. To return a call you can contact our distribution team on 01733 336255.

What happens if I place an order and change my mind or it won’t fit in my room?
Items purchased in-store are made-to-order and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned unless there is a fault. For all online orders we allow a 30 day money back guarantee on all purchases - for more information please read our online money back guarantee.

Can you take away my old furniture?
Removal of old furniture is not a service we can offer directly, however we do work alongside British Heart Foundation who may be able to arrange collection of unwanted furniture items free of charge in order to raise money for charity. Visit our British Heart Foundation page for more information. We do not recommend removing old furniture until your new furniture is booked for delivery.

I have found an item cheaper elsewhere, can you price match it?
Our price promise means that even if you’ve yet to take delivery of your furniture we’ll still aim to price match your order. Please read our price promise guarantee for full details.

How do I make a complaint?
If you have yet to take delivery of your furniture your order is for flooring then any complaints will be dealt with by the store where you have placed your order. For furniture issues following delivery please contact our after sales customer service team on 0800 254 0900 or email

What warranties/guarantees and cover do you offer?
Every piece of furniture purchased from AHF is covered by our 10 year peace of mind guarantee. Some branded items will have their own manufacturers’ warranties or guarantees which will be detailed on the product specification. We also offer additional accidental damage cover in-store for many sofas, beds, and wooden furniture, contact your local store for details.

I have purchased accidental damage cover, how do I make a claim?
Shortly after delivery, you will receive policy documentation in the post from the insurer with details of your cover and how to make a claim. To make a claim please contact the insurer directly.

How can I update the personal details you currently have on file for me?
Please email your old and new details to and we will update your file.
